Steven Ritholtz
Co-Founder
Steven Ritholtz is the co-founder of BRG Equities, where he leads acquisitions, financing, and investor relations for a growing portfolio of affordable housing communities. With a strong emphasis on operational improvement and long-term value creation, Steven is focused on acquiring and optimizing mobile home parks that offer stable cash flow and upside through hands-on management.
Steven built a successful career in healthcare as a dentist and partner at Premier Dental Associates in Lower Manhattan. There, he was recognized as one of New York's leading Invisalign providers and served as a clinical educator in advanced aligner techniques. His experience as a business owner and operator shaped his disciplined, analytical approach to real estate investing. He continues to practice dentistry in Westchester and Manhattan alongside his real estate career.
Steven is driven by a long-term vision to create durable, income-producing assets while improving the quality and affordability of housing in the communities BRG Equities serves. When not working on mobile home parks, Steven is busy spending time with his wife and four children, playing tennis, and biking.
Evan Beck
Co-Founder
Evan Beck is the co-founder of BRG Equities, where he oversees day-to-day operations and asset management across the firm’s mobile home park portfolio. With a background in residential real estate investment, brokerage, and asset management, Evan brings a practical, hands-on approach to improving property performance and community experience.
He has managed dozens of renovation and repositioning projects from acquisition through completion, working closely with contractors, lenders, and local municipalities to ensure efficiency, cost control, and strong returns. Through BRG Investment Brokerage, Evan has closed more than 60 transactions and developed deep working relationships with partners across the industry.
Before transitioning into real estate full time, Evan worked in finance as a money manager, an experience that shaped his disciplined, analytical approach to budgeting, capital allocation, and long-term asset strategy. His focus is straightforward: run clean, well-organized, resident-focused communities that continue to improve in value and quality year after year. Evan spends his free time with his wife and two children and enjoys hiking, and live music.
